David was driving an HISD maintenance truck and was stopped at a red light at the intersection of Main St. and E. 27th St. in Houston, Texas. An employee of Hargrave Electric Company, Inc. driving a 2500 Chevrolet HD pickup truck rear-ended the maintenance truck. David hurt one of his knees in this car crash. The company employee driving the pickup truck was insured by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. The insurance company denied David’s claim, forcing him to hire a lawyer to handle his claim. David hired our firm to help him.We filed David’s car crash case in Harris County, Texas. We obtained documentation and deposition testimony proving liability, as well as David’s injuries and damages. David’s main injury was torn ligaments in his left knee, for which he underwent arthroscopic knee surgery.

We settled David’s car accident injury case for a confidential amount. David was very pleased with his settlement.
